Panel Instructions

Product Storage

Panel bales should be stored in a covered, dry, well-ventilated area if they are to remain for a period longer than 20 days.

The build-up of water vapor condensation can cause oxidation and tan stains.

The parcels should rest on flat ground, on polystyrene or wooden cubes and with a slope equal to or greater than 5% to drain any water that may have entered.

Exposing the parcels to the sun for a long time can cause distortions from thermal expansions - contractions.

In any case the storage time of the panels should be kept to a minimum and where this is not possible the packages should be regularly inspected for all the above reasons.

The panel pallets should never be more than three (3) on top of each other, and the polystyrene cubes should be as straight as possible.

Loading and unloading of Products

All the panels of our company are packed in pallets, which are supported by polystyrene cubes, for their safe and easy transport.

To unload the panels, suitable forklifts (Clark) or a crane equipped with a bucket and straps, at least 10cm wide, should be used.

Chains and wire ropes are strictly prohibited.

Placement

The way of placing the covering and side covering panels is very important for the final technical and aesthetic result of the construction.

The following rules are basic: For the static study of the building, the specifications of the materials and their technical characteristics must be taken into account.

The placement of the materials must be done taking into account the direction of the prevailing wind.

After completing the work, the protective films on the panels should be removed. In any case the films should be removed no later than 3 weeks from the date of their production.

Our company is not responsible for any problems that occur during the peeling of the film if a period of more than three weeks has passed since their purchase and less in the summer months.

The cutting of the materials must be done with suitable tools.

It is recommended to use an electric saw (jigsaw) or a metal cutting disc with screws.

The use of a power wheel or a hacksaw should be avoided.

Electric welding or flame cutting work near packages with panels is expressly prohibited.

After finishing the work, shavings, screws and other metal objects should be removed and the surface of the panels should be cleaned.

Special footwear with anti-slip soles should be used during the work.
