LEB-DECK 1000 trapezoidal sheets are used in cladding and siding of buildings in single sheets or in the form of composite constructions with two sheets and some form of insulation (e.g. fiberglass, polystyrene, etc.) between them.
LEB-DECK 1000 is the outer sheet of the LEB-COVER thermal insulation panels and can be perfectly combined in the same construction.
Bending stresses are generated in long covering sheets and their support and screwing points should be calculated.
In curved coverings, a special calculation should be made as to whether the sheets can follow the curvature of the building.
LEB-DECK trapezoidal sheets are produced in galvanized, aluzinc, or pre-painted steel.

Sheets of quality S220GD/S250GD/S280GD or DX51D
Galvanized or aluzinc base, with a polyester coating of 25 microns exterior and 7 microns interior, according to EN 10143 and EN 10346.
COLORS
